There might be something between "Dancing With The Stars" contestants Emma Slater and Alek Skarlatos more than being partners at the show's recent switch-up week. Reports are claiming that the two might have developed something deeper than friendship.

Although Slater might have already exited the show leaving Skarlatos, the two have been recently rumored to have a continuing relationship after "Dancing With The Stars." Hollywood Life suggests that Slater and Skarlatos might be romantically involved with each other.

Not only that Slater's "Dancing With The Stars" exit interview with Hayes Grier on "Good Morning America" last Oct. 27 had many fans speculating that a real connection might really exist between Slater and Skarlatos.

When asked if she and Skarlatos had been on a date since rumors have been non-stop in claiming that the two are together, Slater answered, "We didn't go on a date yet. We'll see."

Slater even suggested that she should date her Switch-Up partner since she broke his nose during rehearsals. However, when E! News got a hold of Skarlatos, the dancer chose to be silent about the matter, saying "no comment."

Meanwhile, as Skarlatos currently chooses to stay tight-lipped about the rumored budding romance between him and Slater, his rumored leading lady is, however, speaking casually about how she feels regarding Skarlatos.

Talking to E! News, Slater revealed that she is betting on Skarlatos to win in the show "Alek! I want to see Alek go all the way," she said when asked about who from the roster of contestants she picks to be the winner for the show since she and Grier are already out of the picture.

Slater even mentioned how she wanted Skarlatos as a partner even before the show started. She said, "From the start, I was like, 'I love this guy, he's great!'"

It is noticeable that the two had some on-screen chemistry when they were paired up at the show's switch-up week but could it be true that the duo's chemistry has reached their personal lives and might really be slowly getting to a point where they can be called a real couple?

And as the two are still not airing out the real status of their relationship, Slater on "Good Morning America" assured fans that she and Skarlatos are "great friends," and are "still close."

"Dancing With The Stars" airs every Monday at 8 p.m. on ABC.
