"Dancing With The Stars" contestant Tamar Braxton almost missed her entire performance during the latest "DWTS" episode after she was reportedly rushed to the hospital.

Braxton may not make it to the show and may be disqualified after she fell ill. However, the Grammy award-nominated singer managed to do one of her performance in the show, according to E! News, as if she has not made an emergency trip to the hospital earlier.

The R&B singer showed up 20 minutes before the show ended, making her entrance a dramatic one since fans fear that she might be disqualified in the dancing competition.

While she was able to perform for her team dance with Nick Carter and Sharna Burgess, Braxton missed her performance with Val Chmerkovskiy. The judges had to score her dress rehearsal performance instead since she was unable to perform for her first act.

TMZ reported that Braxton has been admitted to the hospital reportedly due to pneumonia, as she has had the disease for already two weeks. The sources further told TMZ that Braxton's husband, record producer Vincent Herbert, came along with her to the hospital an hour before "DWTS" films.

Luckily for Braxton, her days of hard work have not been put to vain because she's still a part of the flock to compete. E! News further noted that Braxton did "a damn good job for someone who had just returned from the emergency room," as she and her teammates scored 27/30. While Braxton was recovering from her emergency hospital trip, the team grooved to a Cirque du Soleil-themed performance.

Meanwhile, People reported that while Braxton is safe and sound to be still included in "DWTS," Alexa PenaVega bid adieu to the competition. Although she scored perfect for her solo and team performances, PenaVega failed to keep a coveted spot in the competition. The latest episode was also a downer for her husband, Carlos PenaVega after he was almost kicked out after finishing scored second to the last.

"I wanted it to be me," Carlos said then he gave his wife an embrace.

PenaVega may not slipped through the unfortunate elimination but her partner, Bindi Irwin, has wowed the crowd and earned the spotlight in the latest episode after also scoring perfect twice in a row. He performed solo while being blindfolded and danced for a "Chicago" tribute with PenaVega.
