The NCAA Tournament has been full of surprises, but what will happen in Day 1 of the Sweet 16?

The four-game schedule tips off with No. 11 seed Dayton facing No. 10 seed Stanford at 7:15 p.m. ET on Thursday, while sixth-seeded Baylor will face No. 2 Wisconsin just a bit later at 7:47 p.m. ET. No. 4 UCLA will match up against top-seeded Florida at 9:45 p.m. ET and fourth-seeded San Diego State will wrap things up for the night with a game against top-seeded Arizona at 10:17 p.m.

The first game is particularly interesting, considering how Dayton will be ready to go following their huge upset win over Syracuse University over the weekend. On the other side, Stanford is having its best season since their Sweet 16 appearance back in 2008 and they hope to capitalize on this opportunity.

All in all, people across the United States have been watching as their brackets fall apart following big, unexpected losses from teams such as Syracuse University and Duke. Anything can happen in the NCAA Tournament and this is exactly what it can be so difficult to predict which teams will come out on top. The excitement of it all is part of what has made the bracket competitions so popular across the United States -- so popular that the president of the United States, Barack Obama, fills one out each and every year.

It will be exciting to see which teams are able to come out on top in the final rounds considering the wild finishes we have already seen so far during the tournament. Do you expect to see any upsets in these matchups on Thursday? Which teams do you think will advance to the next round? Feel free to chime in via the comments section located down below.
