Jennifer Aniston is a beauty any which way you spin it, but the former Friends actress is sick of the compliment coming with a footnote.

As a model for Aveeno skin care products, Aniston has done her best to maintain flawless skin. The feat is one with which many women her age struggle. In a recent interview with WWD, however, Aniston revealed that she is annoyed with hearing the addendum of "for your age." Aniston says the three little words come up more frequently the older she gets.

"Your age always has to be mentioned and men don't really get that for some reason," Aniston said. "It's not like you see Joe Schmo, 37."

Aniston insists that she has no problem with aging and is not scared of birthdays.

"Women and men today in their 40s are so much healthier than they were 30 years ago in their 40s," she explained. "It was a different time."

The Cake actress recently did a voice-over for an Aveeno series of digital shorts called The Beauty of Nature, Active Natural Oats for Your Skin.

"We know how to take care ourselves," Aniston explained. "We know what to put in our bodies to fuel us that's healthy and organic and not processed, and the importance of drinking water and cutting out sugars and bad fats. Before, we just didn't know that, and we didn't have the technology with skin care that we have today."

In fact, Aniston is still able to garner very sexy roles to this day. She will reprise her role as Julia Harris in the Horrible Bosses sequel. The role has Aniston as a sex-crazed, naughty dentist who tries the filthiest of tricks to get into the pants of Dale Arbus (played by It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's Charlie Day).

"It is one of my favorite jobs to date," Aniston said. "It was just so fun and wicked and silly, and full of great people. Working with the boys is always a dream."

In addition to Day, "the boys" include Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, Kevin Spacey and Chris Pine.

Horrible Bosses 2 hits theaters Nov 26, 2014.
