After one of the darkest days in Paris last Friday and the mystery of who was responsible for the multiple attacks and bombings in the different parts of the city, Paris now has received an answer. According to a recent message from the Islamic State group (ISIS) on Saturday, the militant group was the one behind the attack.

The ISIS was recently believed to have claimed responsibility for the attacks that happened on Friday in Paris killing hundreds of civilians. The New York Times reported that the ISIS's message contained the warning that the attacks were only "the first of the storm."

The message, which was in three different languages (Arabic, English and French), was sent to the group's messaging platform, Telegram. It was then distributed on social media, per SITE Intelligence Group.

The New York Times further noted that the message was deemed authentic since it was in the same platform where the ISIS previously announced their responsibility for the Russian jet crash in Egypt, killing 224 people.

Telesurtv further reported apart from ISIS's message saying that France "will remain on the top of the list of targets of the Islamic State" group and that "this attack is the first of the storm and a warning to those who wish to learn," a video was also included.

In the video, the ISIS was heard saying, as quoted by Telesurtv, "So Paris shook under their feet, and its streets were tight upon them, and the result of the attacks was the death of no less than 100 Crusaders and the wounding of more than those, and unto Allah is all praise and gratitude."

However, as the extremist group is known to be united in their religious beliefs, other Muslim organizations are apparently against their actions. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) recently released a statement condemning the ISIS for their criminal activities in Paris.

"These savage and despicable attacks on civilians, whether they occur in Paris, Beirut or any other city, are outrageous and without justification. We condemn these horrific crimes in the strongest terms possible," the CAIR said in a statement obtained by Telesurtv.

The story is developing, and the French government continues to counteract the recent gruesome activities by the ISIS. Recently, Reuters reported that French warplanes have attacked through airstrike on IS positions in Syria.
