Last Saturday's match between UFC fighters Ronda Rousey and Holly Holm ended with Rousey being down on the ground with a knockout win by Holm, taking away her opponent's UFC Women's Bantamweight championship title. However, a month before the fight, Rousey apparently predicted what would happen.

The result of the highly anticipated match between the two powerful fighters was a big shock for many as Rousey, the previous titleholder of the UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion belt, was knocked out in less than a minute during the second round of UFC 183. However, in a recent appearance of Rousey on the "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon," she seemed to have predicted the fight's outcome.

Last month, Rousey, in a deep plunging black dress, sat down with host Jimmy Fallon and talked about her upcoming fight with Holm, which happened last Saturday. Apparently, Rousey predicted that she might commit a mistake and would be kicked on the head by Holm, per a video released from the show's episode last month.

"She's a nice chick. I don't have anything against her. She's a nice chick that's gonna lose," Rousey joked as she began to talk about the anticipated fight as quoted by E! News.

Then, Rousey descriptively predicted what could happen with Holm as her opponent. "She's undefeated and an amazing athlete and I think the biggest threat, definitely, to me, especially on paper and stylistically," Rousey said as quoted by E! News.

"She's the type of fighter that you have to be very, very patient with. I feel like she's gonna try and like, keep distance and keep far away from me and get me frustrated until a point I'll make a mistake and she can try and kick me in the head," she continued.

And, of course, as she was kicked in the head causing her fall down on the floor, 34-year-old Holm received the belt. After the fight, the next question is the possibility of a rematch, which Holm revealed to be very much in the books.

"I think a rematch makes sense, for sure," Holm said on Saturday night during the post-fight press conference as quoted by NESN. "I've been on the losing side of a fight, and I wanted the rematch - I wanted to avenge my loss. And with a champion like Ronda, who has gone out of her way, above and beyond, to do great things, absolutely she deserves a rematch."
