Olivia Wilde is the latest actress rumored to be "Captain Marvel."

Throughout the past few weeks rumors have floated about Wilde being the next Marvel star. Wilde has finally responded to the rumors and told James Corden on the Late Show and said, "I think that would be amazing."

She added, that she had nothing to do with the rumors but would love to do something like.

"That's the thing about the inter-web, isn't it? People can come up with ideas and suggest them and it kind of becomes a snowball," Wilde noted.

When asked whether Marvel Studios had called or reached out, Wilde said no, "but I haven't checked my phone in a while."

Wilde was joined by Saoirse Ronan who was asked about playing a superhero. The actress stated that she would rather prefer to create her own superhero because she likes tea and that superheroes would be better with tea. She said that she would love to see a superhero called Teagirl.
