In the most recent episode of "The Walking Dead," AMC finally gave fans some answers about the fate of Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun).

After several frustrating episodes in a row without any updates on the character, the wait for news is over. If you have not seen Sunday's episode of the show, Episode 7 titled "Head's Up," there is a major spoiler ahead, and you may want to stop reading now.

According to Variety, the episode was filled with hope at every corner, as fans of the show finally got to see what happened beside the dumpster. As many watchers have already guessed, the ever crafty Glenn crawled under the dumpster and was able to get away from the Walkers without harm. He had already been able to cheat death so many times that this was just another one for his glorious record book.

The Walkers chowed down on the guts of Nicholas (Michael Traynor), just as many fans speculated all over social media. The camera angle and deceptive filming techniques gave viewers the illusion that it was Glenn being ripped apart by Walkers, but this was a clever tactic by showrunners to build suspense.

Glenn then rendezvoused with the young and troubled teen Enid (Katelyn Nacon). They were able to send some balloons up into the air to signal to Alexandria that they were okay. However, viewers watched the balloon rise in the background, as the watchtower fell in the foreground, smashing the fence.

Meanwhile, Rosita (Christian Serratos) was also able to get through to Eugene (Josh McDermitt) in the episode and give him some much-needed perspective. She basically told him that dying was the easy part.

The boundaries were also tested in the episode when Rick (Andrew Lincoln), Michonne (Danai Gurira), Carol (Melissa McBride) and Morgan (Lennie James) finally had a sit down.

There is only one episode left before the mid-season break. Watch Episode 8 on Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
