"Uptown Girl" singer Billy Joel offers two Palm Beach properties.

Joel, the voice behind "Piano Man," "New York State of Mind" and "The Longest Time," listed two estates in Florida for $29 million, Variety reported. Combining both real estate assets, the two properties make up 3.8 acres of Manalapan land. Finding a buyer interested to acquire the parcels for his asking price will give him more than $17 million in profit. The 66-year-old celebrity reportedly purchased the Palm Beach properties in 2014 for only $11.8 million.

The multiple Grammy-winning musician renovated the two properties immediately after buying them. Currently, the nearly 8,700-square-foot mansion sitting on the smaller parcel comes with seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms while the other one remains undeveloped.

Apart from the main residence, there is also a two-bedroom guesthouse for visitors to stay during their retreat in the waterfront home. The visitors' house has its own bathroom. Parking is not a problem as there's a four-car garage just below the guest quarters.

Other living spaces include a two-story living room and a large kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, a center island, a hood and a dining station.

Interior details shown on the images and noted by the blog are an airy ambiance, immaculate-looking walls and ceilings, picture windows showing sea views, an artistic Pecky Cypress ceiling, elegant columns, recessed lighting, wrought-iron accents, intricate chandeliers, wooden floors and ceilings, and spacious living spaces.

Outdoors, tropical trees, carefully manicured lawn and a huge swimming pool complete the landscaping.

Still famous

Joel's first big hit was a 1977 ballad title "Just the Way You Are," per The New Yorker. However, in the 1970s, despite fans' appreciation of his talent, Joel had some bad reviews, which he would rip on stage, Entertainment Weekly noted.

Joel shares that he is smarter now, implying that he looks at the brighter side or the good reviews instead of the negative ones. He also knows that he must not agitate the review-makers.

"I was kind of dumb when I was younger because there'd be, like, 10 reviews and eight of them would be great. I would pay attention to the two that weren't so great. I'd go off half-cocked and I had a chip on my shoulder. I think that's a Long Island thing. And I suppose after a couple years of tearing up reviews on stage ... what's the saying? Don't get into a pissing war with people who order ink by the barrel?" the popular singer said.

Joel released his last album in the 1990s, per Entertainment Weekly, but is still very much in demand in the concert scene. Check his tour schedule on his official site for more details.
