Just when the holiday drama seems to be over, another one comes up before the year ends for the characters of CBS's hit drama series "The Young and the Restless." A wedding, possible relationship troubles and even corporate battles will come this week for the characters in Genoa City.

Of course, leading the corporate battle is Victor Newman, who is threatened by what Luca Santori can do to the Newman Enterprises since a partnership is already at hand. Soap Shows reveals that the involvement of Luca, which is now bigger because of the partnership, is getting on Victor's nerves.

This will further urge Victor to find a way to get rid of the involvement of the Santori family just before they take over the company that he built. The publication reveals that Luca is the greatest threat to Victor and the two will once again go head-to-head.

Meanwhile, before the New Year arrives, the highly anticipated wedding of Stitch Rayburn and Abby Newman will soon happen. However, before it is actualized, a lot of wedding preparations will give in to a more dramatic episodes for the series.

The news outlet reveals that Ashley Abbott is having a hard time trying to let go of Stitch, and she just might confess something that may or may not wreak havoc to the whole celebration. Furthermore, Celeb Dirty Laundry brings another interesting angle in the wedding story, and that is Adam Newman who will be designing Abby's wedding dress, and Chelsea Lawson.

Since Adam and Chelsea are now talking about having another child together, tensions will rise up especially since Adam is eyeing Sage Newman even when Sage is still grieving. The two will have a moment together in a party, where they will be talking about deeply rooted issues that Sage has.

Sage will be surprised at how passionate Adam is towards her and asks him to step back as it is harder for her to swallow everything she is hearing while grieving the loss of a loved one. The publication speculates that Adam will be in a tough place deciding to add another member to his family with Chelsea while having some feelings towards another woman.

Furthermore, Billy Abbott's 2016 is looking brighter as he finally decides to get his life back on track but will it be too late after he asks Victoria Newman for help and if he deserves another chance?

All these and more will come this week on "The Young and the Restless," which airs weekdays on CBS.
