Since actor Vin Diesel went to the People's Choice Awards to accept awards for "Furious 7," the actor wasn't able to hold back tears as he gave the late Paul Walker a tribute in his acceptance speech for winning Favorite Movie and Favorite Action Movie of the Year.

Touched and moved by the event and what it meant for him after losing his dear friend, who also co-starred in the film before he passed away in a horrific car crash back in November 2013, Diesel chocked while talking about Walker and how they were able to make the film even after his death, the Irish Examiner reports.

"It was a labor of love. My only message to you is you'd be amazed what you can do with love," Diesel said on stage as quoted by People. "You'd be amazed at how powerful a force that is. When we didn't want to come back to filming when the tragedy was too heavy, it was the love of everyone combined that saw us through to the end."

The action star further explained while trying to reserve his emotions, "You know, as I was coming up here, I always do this. I say I'm not going to get emotional about winning these awards, and I was cool when I was sitting in my seat, and then they handed me two awards. One for favorite action movie and one for favorite film. You all thought that this was your favorite film. I think of Dom and Brian and I start to think of Paul."

The actor then concluded his speech after thanking fans for the votes by singing the lines from the film's famed theme song by Wiz Khalifa titled "See You Again."

"I thank you so much and the only thing I can say now, 'It's been a long day without you, my friend, and I'll tell you all about it when I see you again,'" Diesel said. According to the Irish Examiner, the producers decided to cut off the actor while he was singing the lines. The reason for the producer's action is still unknown.

This had many fans on social media blast messages against the producers. One Twitter user wrote, "How they cut off Vin Diesel while he's paying tribute to Pual Walker? Mad disrespectful." While another wrote on Twitter, "Totally disrespectful of the #PCAs to cut away from Vin Diesel."

"Furious 7" premiered back in April 2015.
