Recent reports claim that Andrea Constand, the first woman who claimed that actor Bill Cosby was involved in a sexual misconduct act, is now scheduled to finally give her statements about what happened during the highly publicized sexual assault allegations dating back in 2004.

Fox News Latino reports that it has been more than a decade since Constand alleged that Cosby sexually assaulted her back in January 2004. Now, she is speaking in court regarding the specific details from her point of view on the incident that shook the career and life of the TV-sitcom actor.

It was at Cosby's home where Constand claimed that the assault occurred. The TV star invited her over for dinner to discuss her career since the two were affiliated with Temple University. Cosby, who was an alumnus, and Constand, who was working for the women's basketball program, shared a meal, but Constand alleged that Cosby made her drink, which he said to be "herbal" pills, and made her drink wine as well.

This prevented her to move or even speak during the sexual assault, Constand claimed as reported by the publication. However, Cosby denied her statements, saying, "I don't hear her say anything. And I don't feel her say anything. And so I continue, and I go into the area that is somewhere between permission and rejection. I am not stopped."

TIME further reported that Cosby filed a motion to dismiss all the sexual assault charges made against him, alleging that Cosby is protected by an agreement from the Montgomery County District Attorney not to prosecute in 2005.

"The charges brought on December 30, 2015 violate an express agreement made by the Montgomery County District Attorney in 2005, in which the Commonwealth agreed that Mr. Cosby would never be prosecuted with respect to the allegations of sexual assault made by complainant Andrea Constand," the motion reads as quoted by NBC Philadelphia.

"This agreement, made for the express purpose of inducing Mr. Cosby to testify fully in Ms. Constand's civil litigation against him, led Mr. Cosby to give deposition testimony in 2005 and 2006 without invocation of his Constitutional rights against self-incrimination," it adds.

According to Fox News Latino, Cosby was previously charged with three counts of aggravated indecent assault dated on Dec. 30, 2015. The charges include assault without the complainant's consent, assault when the complainant is unconscious and assault when the defendant substantially impairs the complainant.
