The future looks bright as upstart tech company Faraday Future unveiled the FFZERO1 concept car during last week's CES.

Many are wondering who or what is Faraday Future? According to News, it's a California-based, but Chinese-backed global tech company that focuses on creating futuristic electric cars.

It was founded two years ago and car journalists took note of the company's large financial backing, which it used to hire some of the current greatest motoring minds in the industry right now.

And last week, it showed the world the fruits of its labor and unveiled its first ever high-performance electric concept car. According to the report, the FFZERO1 claimed that it can go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just less than three seconds.

That blazing fast acceleration was made possible because it has four electric motors that gives an output of 1000 horsepower. In addition, the four motors of the Faraday Future FFZERO1 has a top speed of almost 200 MPH.

The speed of the car is also due to its aerodynamic enhancements like the tunnels featured inside the entire body, which maximize the airflow efficiency and reduced the drag.

Unfortunately, those who want drive Faraday's concept car cannot bring any friends as it's only a single seater. However, what it lacks in seating capacity makes it up with state-of-the-art technology, Robb Report has learned.

The car comes with a composite cruiser pipes that gives out oxygen and also features a hydration system through a specially designed helmet. Not only that, the seat also has a head and neck reinforcement support, which comes with a biofeedback data streamed through the driver's smartphone.

As for its looks, the Faraday Feature FFZERO1 strongly resembles the Batmobile and it is just fitting because, technically, it's just as high tech as it's fictional counterpart.

The company and its concept car not only impressed car journalist, it has impressed company executives as well. In a report by Business Insider, GM Executive Vice President Mark Reuss quipped, "They've got some money, they've got some people, and they look serious."

And indeed, Faraday Feature is dead serious as it revealed its plan to open a billion dollar, 3-million-square-foot facility in the state of Nevada.

Once completed, the company will man its facility with over 4,500 employees. However, all of these are still in the process of approval with the Nevada Legislature.

As of now, there is still no official announcement if Faraday Future FFZERO1 will be released to the public.
