"Younger" Season 2 is finally airing on Wednesday, Jan. 13 on TV Land. And things are getting more interesting for 40-year-old divorcee Liza (Sutton Foster) as she tries to keep up the charade of being a 26-year-old publishing assistant to raise her teenage daughter Caitlin (Tessa Albertson).

While Liza enjoyed her life as a new millennial, along with her friend Kelsey (Hilary Duff) and sexy tattoo artist boyfriend Josh (Nico Tortorella), she still constantly struggled with the challenges brought by the bad decisions she made. And on "Younger" Season 2, Liza will be facing more difficult hurdles. But the big question is: will she be able to keep up?

So, here are the 3 latest scoops about the upcoming TV premiere of TV Land's comedy-drama series.

1. Liza's Toughest Challenge

Liza's daughter Caitlin is finally coming home from her soul-searching vacay in India in the upcoming season of the series. And because of this, Liza will be facing her toughest challenge, which is keeping her millennial charade a secret, MTV News noted. But how long can she keep her daughter in the dark?

2. Love Triangle in "Younger" Season 2?

In the previous season, Liza revealed her secret to Josh and it resulted to a breakup. But in the upcoming season, Liza will start doubting their relationship's future while Josh becomes more comfortable with their age gap. And the interesting scenes where Liza was seen hanging out with Charles (Peter Hermann) appear to suggest a budding love triangle in the series.

3. Guest Stars

During the Television Critics Association press tour on Jan. 6, TV Land announced that "Younger" Season 2 will feature a wide variety of celebrity guest stars including "Glee" alum Matthew Morrison, "Law & Order: SVU" star Ice-T, author Jennifer Weiner, celebrity chef Bobby Flay, Camryn Manheim, Kathy Najimy, Josh Pais, Martha Plimpton, Michael Urie and many more, Mashable revealed.

Meanwhile, aside from the latest spoilers on its second season, "Younger" has also been renewed for a 12-episode Season 3, Entertainment Weekly reported. The announcement came a week before the series' Season 2 premiere.

"Younger was a critical success and fan-favorite right out of the gate, and Darren Star and his team of writers have brought an even sexier, shocking sophomore season to the table," TV Land's development and original programming EVP Keith Cox said. "We're thrilled with the show and what it's done for the network, and we're so confident in our viewers' passion for it. We're excited for our audience to see season two and beyond."
