On April 22, a number of DVD and Blu-Rays will be released. Here is a rundown of each film that people will now be able to enjoy at home. 

Barefoot: Roadside Attractions will release the dramedy on DVD after a short theatrical run. The film starring Evan Rachel Wood and Scott Speedman tells the story of the "black sheep" son of a wealthy family who meets a young psychiatric patient who's been raised in isolation her entire life. The film opened in February but only made $15,000. Now the movie is going to home video and Roadside Attractions will try to gain more traction and an audience.

Big Bad Wolves: The Israeli film that premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival will be available on Blu-ray and DVD for the first time. The movie follows a series of brutal murders that puts the lives of three men on a collision course. They are: the father of the latest victim who is now out for revenge; a vigilante police detective operating outside the boundaries of law; and the main suspect in the killings. The latter one is actually a religious studies teacher arrested and released due to a police blunder. Latin Post saw the film back in April and stated, "'Big Bad Wolves' is not an easy film but it is an exhilarating and ultimately fun experience that will not only frighten audiences but also make them laugh." The movie may not have been the box office success that the distributor wanted but it is one that should find an new audience on home video.

The Trials of Muhammad Ali:  Kino Lorber will release the documentary based on the life of Muhammad Ali which premiered to rave reviews at the Tribeca Film festival. The movie had a lengthy festival run which concluded in August when the film was released. The movie tells the story of the famous boxer's battle to overturn a five-year prison sentence for refusing U.S. military service in Vietnam. Prior to becoming the most recognizable face on earth, Muhammad Ali found himself in the crosshairs of conflicts concerning race, religion, and wartime dissent. The film will be released on DVD.

Bettie Page Reveals All: Music Box will release the November release. Directed by Mark Mori, the movie tells the story of the world's greatest pinup model and cult icon, Bettie Page. The film recounts the true story of how her free expression overcame government witch-hunts to help launch America's sexual revolution.

Sorcerer: William Friedkin's classic "Sorcerer" will be releasd on Blu-ray for the first time. The 1977 movie which starred Roy Scheider ad Bruno Cremer was nominated for Best Sound at the Academy Awards. The film tells the story of a group of outcasts from different backgrounds and nationalities who are forced by misfortune to work in an oil-drilling operation in South America.

Maria Stuarda: For Opera Lovers the Metropolitan Opera's production of Donizetti's opera will be released. The production by David McVicar premiered in 2012 on New Year's Eve and was critically acclaimed for Joyce DiDonato's acclaimed portrayal of Mary, Queen of Scots. The production also saw the debut of the South African soprano Elza van den Heever and also featured Matthew Polenzani, Matthew Rose, and Joshua Hopkins. The DVD and Blu-Ray will be released through DiDonato's record label Erato.
