The grand prize for Wednesday’s upcoming Powerball is $50 million with a cash value of $31.8 million.

Saturday’s winning numbers were 3, 51, 52, 61, 64 and 6.

There were regular 953,074 winners, and $10,037,506 in non-jackpot money was won.

There are nine ways to win at Powerball, with a 1 in 292,201,338 chance of getting the grand prize and a 1 in 11,688,053.52 in winning $1,000,000. Playing it safe, Powerball players always have a 1 in 38 chance of simply doubling their money on a $2 ticket.

A Tennessee family came forward on national television with one of the three winning tickets from last week's $1.6 billion Powerball drawing.

As Yahoo News reports, several lottery attorneys agree that John and Lisa Robinson might have done an irresponsible thing by making a trip to NBC studios to talk about their win.

Jason Kurland, a New York-based lawyer who has represented several jackpot winners, said, “It’s a good example of what not to do.”

Karen Gerstner, an attorney from Houston who has worked with 48 lottery winners, said she would definitely not have recommended the exposure. “Now, every long-lost relative and friend will approach them with a sob story, asking for money, and all the ‘financial crooks’ will come after them,” said Gerstner.

The couple were joined on the "Today" set with their adult daughter and their lawyer.

When “Today” show anchor Savannah Guthrie asked the Robinsons why they agreed to be on TV with their ticket, John Robinson said it was their attorney’s idea.

Joe Townsend, the couple's lawyer, informed Guthrie that he believed that the American public wanted to hear from them. “Even though they want to be private after this is over, they want to, you know, let the public know that they’re the winners,” said Townsend.
