Jennifer Lopez's trainer Tracy Anderson shares J-Lo's secret to achieving that fit body with sexy curves that almost every woman would want to have.

From diet to exercise, the 46-year-old mother of two adheres to all of Anderson's advice in order to keep her fit, strong and healthy.

"I have her eating very clean because she needs really good fuel for all the things that she's doing," the 40-year-old celebrity trainer explained.

According to her, the singer-actress' diet is comprised of an all-organic combination of high-quality proteins and nutrient-dense food. Lopez also does without processed and packaged food.

"Everything is fresh. There's nothing processed -- just [protein powder] in a shake if we do a protein shake one day," she said.

As if that is not enough, the famed songstress also tried out the 22-day vegan challenge that not only made her lose weight but also made her feel good about herself.

"I did the vegan 22-day plan, and it was really good and I kept on with it for a few more weeks ... But I've got to tell you, I enjoy it. I enjoy eating that way. I never did [before]. And I didn't know how good you can feel when you put healthy stuff in your body," she explained.

Her fitness trainer also makes her exercise at least five days a week if seven days cannot be possible given her busy schedule.

With a 90 calorie daily diet and an intense workout routine with wellness expert David Kirsch, J-Lo appears to be undergoing a very strict routine, doesn't she? Wrong.

In fact, the "American Idol" judge herself advised women (and men) who wish to get fit to avoid beating themselves up when they indulge in their cravings every once in a while.

"We're all human," she once said, adding that what matters is about "always trying to be better and trying to do good."

After all, being healthy is not just about eating the right food but about being balanced.

Currently, J-Lo has been seen flaunting her toned legs and sexy curves while promoting her current project, "Shades Of Blue" where she stars as stressed-out single mother Harlee Santos, a New York Police Department detective who is forced to work with the FBI's anti-corruption task force.

In the photo, she wears a Dolce & Gabbana powder blue, wool mini-dress embellished with a single sparkling rose that matches her personality.
