The original Amazon series, “The Man in the High Castle” offers a very intriguing story plot based on what life in the United States (and in the world) would be like had the allies lost World War II. The show is returning for its second season and whether it'll premiere in the third or fourth quarter of 2016 or air in the beginning of 2017 is anyone's guess at this time.

The show’s Facebook Page recently posted a video clip of “Man in the High Castle” Season 2 where you see drama, the big divide, and men getting ready for war.

“Loved Season 1 so much…so unique environment and storytelling, can’t wait for Season 2,” Facebook User Romeo Live commented under the video.

“I can’t wait lol,” says Facebook User Shane Hughes. “Look at the map in the classroom showing the Americas split between Germany and the Empire of Japan.”

The Man in the High Castle Season 2 Release Date

There is no official date for the second installment of “The Man in the High Castle.” Only, the video clip has been released teasing fans that Season 2 is “Coming Soon.”

With a new trailer and teasers releasing, it can be predicted that the second season should come in the fall or early next year.

New Cast Member for The Man in the High Castle Season 2

Actor Tate Donovan will be added as a new cast member for the second installment of “The Man in the High Castle.” Donovan will play George Dixon in a recurring role.

The Man in the High Castle Season 2 Spoilers

In the clip for “The Man in the High Castle” Season 2, it looks like Juliana (Alexa Davalos) was escaping her captors. She escaped from the trunk of a car as she dodged a few bullets.

Dixon (Donovan) is expected to appear as a man from Juliana’s past.

In another scene of the short clip, John Smith's son is forced to pledge allegiance to Fuhrer Adolf Hitler. His role may grow in season 2.

John Smith & Tagomi's Identities

Meanwhile, the actual man in the high castle could be revealed in Season 2. Who could it be? Some possible names that rise are Tagomi and John Smith. Tagomi is seen favorably protecting Juliana Crain in season 1 while there is something about John Smith's character that makes you hope that he is in fact the man in the high castle who while is the closest official to Hitler, he is secretly in charge of sending out the videos to plot against the Nazi regime?

In the second installment, Tagomi (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) may face reality. In the first season, he realized(?) hat he wasn’t having a dream when he traveled to the place where the Allies won World War II.

"I was looking for such an answer in the first episode to why that happened,” Tagawa said in last month’s Comic-con panel.

He added that the plan for “The Man in the High Castle” Season 2 is to, “carefully unveil the story's layers by not overblowing it and letting it work itself through several episodes and build through another dimension."
