Could 29-year-old bombshell actress Scarlett Johansson be in the running to star in an upcoming Dolly Parton movie? It appears so.

Country singer Dolly Parton mentioned to People Magazine that Johansson's name was mentioned as one of the possible candidates to play the role of the living legend.

Parton is currently working on two separate projects about her life, a musical and a movie, and if all goes well, we may be seeing Johansson playing the role of the legendary country diva.

"Well, you know what, I'm doing a musical of my life story -- and I'm also doing a movie version!"  Parton told People magazine. "When we started talking about a movie, people had mentioned Scarlett Johansson. I guess she's full bosomed."

Dolly Parton in her prime was also known for her "full bosomed" bodacious body and her Hollywood sex appeal, so it's a no-brainer why producers want Scarlett Johansson as their leading lady.

After all, Scarlett Johansson was named Esquire's "Sexiest Woman alive" just last year.

Despite the rumors, it seems that Parton may have to do some heavy persuading to get Johansson to accept the part.

Accroding to the Inquistr, Johansson isn't too keen on playing a sex symbol anymore.

In a recent interview with "The Weekend Australian Magazine" she explained, "I don't want to be the ingénue any more. That part I'm happy about. It's nice to be glamorous, but I don't want to always have to be trendy and glamorous and an object of desire. I don't want to be stuck in that forever. Because it doesn't last."

She also added, "With [male actors] it just doesn't happen the same way. You can be every woman's fantasy, and nobody thinks twice about the fact that you have eight kids or whatever."
