Aaron Carter, in his latest interview, said Justin Bieber succeed because of him. He also claimed to have sold more records than Justin and that Justin was just following his footstep.

Aaron, 29, while appearing on the Allegedly podcast with Theo Von & Matthew Cole Weiss made some comment on Bieber, 24, teased him and his manager Scooter Braun by saying that he hoped that Justin is enjoying his pavement.

It can be recalled in 2015 when Aaron Rosenberg, Bieber's attorney was interviewed by Billboard and asked how Justin did not turn into Aaron Carter? The attorney responded that he had a speech that he gave to clients called the five F's to staying grounded in this business. Those are family, faith, friends, fans and the formula. Furthermore, for Justin, he thought that connecting with all five F's, especially with faith, helped him through some confusing times, because nothing prepared him for that much fame so early in life.

About music, he said that he credited Justin himself. He also said that people gave him crap for being some sort of prefabricated pop star with no credibility, never thinking of the fact that he could play five instruments and write songs on his own. He led a creative team which includes Scooter Braun, the manager, producers Josh Gudwin and Poo Bear and Skrillex. They made him comfortable to explore different musical directions.

With such comment, Carter responded last year during an appearance on "Oprah: Where Are They Now?" He said that the comments are 'upsetting.' He added that he found some offense with such comment, he thought that was outlandish, and maybe there was some sort of threat.

According to TMZ, in the new podcast, Carter responded about Rosenberg's response, "They must be scared... I would be threatened too. If I was Scooter Braun, I would be threatened too."

Carter also praised Bieber when he said that Bieber is a better singer than him, it was just always different. He also said he sold more records than Bieber did. About the possibility of having a duet with Bieber, he said, "Absolutely not."
