Shueisha's V Jump magazine recently announced in their May issue confirming that Bandai Namco Entertainment is developing a PlayStation Vita and a PlayStation 4 game. The game is titled "Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory" and will be launched this year.

According to Crunchyroll, the latest entry of "Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth" is "Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory." Will be coming in Japan this 2017 to both PlayStation Vita and a PlayStation 4. The new entry of Digimon story is a turn-based RPG that also takes place in digital and real worlds.

Shueisha's V Jump magazine hinted that the "Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory" will be the other side of Cyber Sleuth. It is where Dagomon will be appearing in Odaiba. According to Gematsu, Keisuke Amazawa, the protagonist in the game dives into the world of hackers after accused being a criminal for an incident that he cannot remember or memory of.

The Shueisha's V Jump magazine did not mention any possible options for acquiring a female protagonist in "Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory." Aside from the protagonist, Keisuke Amazawa, he will be accompanied with starters this time namely Gotsumon, Tentomon, and Betamon.

Reports claimed that the latest "Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory," can raise and allow players more than 320 Digital Monsters. It was also hinted that Suzuhito Yasuda, the character designer, and Masafumi Takada, the composer might part of the latest project.

Though these are all rumors and it is no surprise to direct a sequel contemplating the success of "Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth." Now, fans are all excited for the "Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory," and see how Bandai Namco take the series to new heights.

"Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth" was first released in Japan back in March 2015 on PS Vita. On Feb 2016, Bandai Namco localized the title in the west with an HD Remaster for PS4. The "Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory," still hasn't confirmed released date yet in Western.
