There have been a lot of speculations and rumors regarding Xiaomi's speculated Mi 6 smartphone. The China-based company is reportedly planning on launching the device on April 11 at a specially organized event. As the time comes closer, leaks regarding the device are increasing in number.

According to a report published NDTV, Xiaomi has been planning on launching the Xiaomi Mi 6 smartphone on April 11 of this year. The same report goes on to suggest that the device will come equipped with a dual-camera setup on the back side of the smartphone.

In fact, few images of Xiaomi Mi 6 were also leaked on popular social networking website Weibo wherein the device appeared to sport a pure black color glossy look along with chamfered edges and a design at the back side of the device. According to the information showcased on the picture, the Xiaomi Mi 6 smartphone appeared to sport volume and power buttons on the right side of the device and the flash were located on the left side of the device. Moreover, the two camera sensors are situated on the back side of the smartphone.

Xiaomi Mi 6 will reportedly come in three storage variants, including the one that will fall in the premium segment. Not only will the device be featuring a dual-curved display, but it has also been tipped to by powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC.

Separately, the premium category of Xiaomi Mi 6 will most possibly be packing a QUAD HD 2K OLED display which will be unique to the device. Apart from that, the smartphone will also be packing 6GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage and a whopping 4,000mAh battery. While no word regarding the price of the smartphone has been out yet, if rumors are to be believed, the device will be falling around $350.
