South Korea-based technology giant Samsung is planning on taking the wraps off its much-anticipated Galaxy S8 smartphone by the end of this month. there are a lot of speculations and rumors regarding the device that have been taking the rounds. While the company gave its fans a sneak peek into what they can expect from the device at the MWC event that took place in Barcelona late last month, there is much more to learn about the same, thanks to the numerous leaks and speculations.

A report published by SamMobile suggests that the Galaxy S8 smartphone is expected to arrive in three different color variants. These color variants will be unlike any and will include the likes of Black, Gold and Orchid Grey. The device, which was recently spotted on retailer's database under codenames SM-G950 and SM-G955 devices, is expected to falling between the price range of Rs $800. Samsung Galaxy S8 is scheduled to launch on 29 March.

As per reports, Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to pack a 5.6-inch QUAD HD+ Super AMOLED display. The smartphone will also be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 System-on-chip. Another report by Deccan Chronicle suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S8 device will be offering either 4GB or 6GB of RAM coupled with a 64GB ROM package. On the basis of this, it is safe to assume that the device will pose a direct competition to Apple's iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

Both the market as well as the consumers are looking forward to Samsung Galaxy S8 launch, especially given the bad phase the company went through last year due to the Galaxy Note 8 fiasco.
