recently published article.

TARVARIS JACKSON'S CAREER IN NFL

Tarvaris Jackson was one of the most respected NFL players in his time. He had contributed a lot to his former NFL team, Vikings. It is for this reason that the whole Vikings community is saddened after hearing about his fatal death.

He started his career in NFL during the league's draft in 2006. He was a second-round pick by Minnesota and has played in two other teams in NFL, the Seattle Seahawks, and Buffalo Bills. He spent five seasons as a primary back up with the Vikings.

Jackson was an essential player in the Vikings. He had a good start in 2007 with an 8-4 record in the opening games.  He also helped lead the team to a pair of wins in 2008 as they played during playoffs.

He also earned the NFC Offensive Player of the Week during his 15th week in the league. He completed 11 out of 17 passes and threw for four touchdowns in a 35-14 win over the Cardinals.

But Jackson was not only good at the start of his career. He also did great throughout every season.  Along with Ryan Longwell, the Vikings won in a very crucial match-up through a 20-19 victory, and it was the team's 10th win of the season.

The Vikings team has always recognized his contribution as a former quarterback. He was one of the best players they had. This is a significant loss in the entire league.
