Donald Trump is getting more legal problems as E. Jean Carroll's lawyer admitted a third lawsuit against him is possible while a Mar-a-Lago worker has flipped on him over the classified documents case.

In an explosive report by CNN, Brian Butler, who is referenced as "Trump Employee 5" in the classified documents indictment and has been described as a longtime Mar-a-Lago employee, has now flipped and is speaking publicly against the former president.

Butler told CNN that he believes that "voters should hear the truth" about Donald Trump, his former employer before the general elections happen in November. Trump is the presumptive Republican nominee and is poised for a rematch against President Joe Biden, who defeated him in 2020.

Butler admitted in the interview that he does not believe the criminal cases brought against his former boss were a "witch hunt." He also confirmed that he has now testified before federal investigators and is cooperating with them over the criminal obstruction charges against Trump and his two co-defendants, Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira.

A former Mar-a-Lago employee, Butler worked for Donald Trump for over 20 years. He admitted to federal investigators that he "unknowingly helped Nauta deliver boxes of classified information from Mar-a-Lago to the former president's plane in June 2022," adding that he received a strange request from Nauta, who wanted to borrow an Escalade from the car service Butler ran for Mar-a-Lago.

The former Trump employee admitted the request was strange because "Nauta typically didn't handle moving luggage and asked Butler for the car in a guarded way." He also helped in loading the Trump family's luggage that day, including bankers' boxes of documents, not knowing those boxes contained classified documents.

"I left Mar-a-Lago. I texted him, 'Hey, I'm on my way.' He followed me. He pulled out and got behind me. We got to the airport. I ended up loading all the luggage I had - and he had a bunch of boxes," he said. "They were the boxes that were in the indictment, the white bankers' boxes. That's what I remember loading."

E. Jean Carroll Lawyer Reacts to Latest Donald Trump Attack on Client

A day after Donald Trump paid a massive bond to appeal E. Jean Carroll's $83.3 million defamation award against him, the former president once again attacked the former magazine columnist, possibly defaming her in the process. Her attorney, Roberta Kaplan, says this could mean another lawsuit against Trump.

"As we said after the last jury verdict, we continue to monitor every statement that Donald Trump makes about our client, E. Jean Carroll," she said regarding Trump's latest outburst during a Georgia rally, claiming Carroll's accusations against him were false despite the court finding it to be true.

Former DOJ Official Admits Donald Trump Could Be Sued by E. Jean Carroll Again

Legal experts also weighed in on Trump's latest attack on Carroll, many of whom admitted she could sue him again. This includes former acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal, who spoke with MSNBC about the case.

Katyal stated that Trump's words "sure sounds like" defamation, adding, "There are many days that I wish I was Roberta Kaplan, who is Jean Carroll's extraordinary lawyer, she's just so phenomenal as a lawyer. But, boy, today is the day I wish I was, because Donald Trump is basically just writing the third lawsuit that she's going to file right now."

"Remember, Trump lost in front of a jury of his peers on this question of whether he had defamed Jean Carroll and now he is doing it again," added the former acting solicitor general. "And I'm sure she's just sitting there scribbling it all down and ready to go."
