The Juice may be dead, but the battle over the compensation of his victims is still going on, with the former NFL star's longtime lawyer Malcolm LaVergne promising that the family of Ron Goldman will get nothing from the estate. Simpson has been found liable in the stabbing deaths of Goldman and OJ Simpson's wife, Nicole Brown.

LaVergne was named as the executor of the OJ Simpson estate, with Justin Simpson, the star of the NFL star-turned-killer, as the successor of the estate. The late football star's will has already been filed and was signed by Simpson on January 24 of this year while he was still battling cancer.

The will stated that his property should be placed into The Orenthal Simpson Revocable Living Trust, according to PEOPLE Magazine. Meanwhile, LaVergne slammed the Goldman family.

"It's my hope that the Goldmans get zero, nothing," the OJ Simpson estate executor said in a statement. "Them specifically. And I will do everything in my capacity as the executor or personal representative to try and ensure that they get nothing."

The families of Goldman and Brown filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Simpson in 1997 after the football star was infamously acquitted. The families won that case, and Simpson was ordered to pay both families a total of $33.5 million.

David Cook, who represents the Brown family, said in a statement, "He died without penance. He did not want to give a dime, a nickel to Fred [Goldman], never, anything, never."

OJ Simpson Will be Cremated; Brain Will Not Be Studied for CTE

Malcolm LaVergne also confirmed that the body of the infamous murderer will be cremated in the coming days. He also confirmed that there are no plans to have his brain donated to science, according to Yahoo! News.

"On at least one occasion, someone has called saying he's a CTE guy who studies the brain," the Simpson estate executor said. "That's a hard no, his entire body, including his brain, will be cremated."

Former football players often suffer from chronic traumatic encephalopathy, or CTE, a degenerative brain disease that is associated with behavioral and cognitive issues related to repeated head injuries.

LaVergne added that there are also tentative plans for a "celebration of life" gathering, but only some of OJ Simpson's closest family and friends can attend.

OJ Simpson and Nicole Brown's Children Lived a Good Life After Tragic Killings

Despite the trauma of their father killing their mother, OJ Simpson and Nicole Brown's children, Sydney and Justin Simpson, managed to live a peaceful life. Lawyer David Brobeck, a family friend of Nicole Brown, spoke with PEOPLE Magazine and noted that the two children have found a "good life."

"We live in a guarded area, so the media could not get in here, which was a blessing. And so the kids were, I think, very well protected and loved by a lot of folks here," he added, as the children were successfully kept out of the public eye despite the media circus surrounding the OJ Simpson trial.
