"True Blood" actress Kristin Bauer van Straten slammed Sarah Palin at this year's Comic-Con in San Diego.

While speaking on the "True Blood" Comic-con panel, the 47-year-old actress admitted that she enjoys making Palin angry, The Wrap reports.

The current feud between Bauer and Palin stems from last week's "True Blood" episode in which Bauer's character, Pam, crashes a Senator Ted Cruz event and calls the Republicans at the event "assh*les."

Pam comes disguised as a Republican at the event and says, "Oh my God. I'm a Republic*nt."

Prior to filming the episode, the producers of "True Blood" invited Palin to appear on the show for a cameo role.

However, Palin, who is aware of "True Blood's" reputation for slamming conservatives, declined the offer.

"The brilliant minds of 'True Blood' were brazen enough to ask me to do a cameo on their show, apparently so they could insult a conservative woman in person instead of just all conservative women in general," Palin told Breitbart News following her declined cameo appearance. "Their offer wasn't presented in any negative way, perhaps to benefit from a surprise factor after the guest appearance. I turned them down anyway."

Palin continued on her rant and accused "True Blood" of engaging in "misogynist attacks on women."

"Nice try HBO. I'd put any mama grizzly in America against a vampire any day; for only one of them actually exists," Palin continued. "The left wants to talk about a 'war on women'? Keep engaging in your misogynist attacks on women you disagree with and we'll see who wins your self-inflicted war in the court of decent public opinion."

Bauer later caught wind of Palin's rant to Breitbart News and expressed her thoughts on Palin's "True Blood" diss at Comic-con.

"She'll [Sarah Palin] weigh in on anything," the actress said during the Comic-con panel.

The Wrap reports, Bauer, who is an animal rights activist, referred to Palin as the "wolf-killer lady."

Bauer continued, "It's sweet many many years later that I've made her [Palin] angry, I had fun doing it."
