"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kandi Burruss recently left fans concerned over her announcement that she wishes to lose 20 pounds in 30 days, Reality TV reports.

On Monday, the 38-year-old singer/songwriter posted a video on Facebook of herself working out.

Underneath the video was the caption, "Omg! He killed me this morning.... Me & my poor baby @rileyburruss. I'm 157... He said he would have me down 20lbs in 30 days. #LetsGo."

The "he" that Burruss refers to in the caption is her workout trainer, Kenya Crooks. On his Instagram page, Crooks not only showcases his A-list celebrity clientele, he also boasts of his ability to help people including Burruss lose "30 lbs in 30 days."

"There is no stomach/pooch I can't cure. Let me help you lose 30 lbs in 30 days and most importantly...lose that belly," Crooks writes underneath many of his Instagram posts.

Following Burruss' Facebook post, fans expressed their concern over Buruss' attempt to lose so much weight in so little time.

Reality TV notes "most nutritionists and weight loss experts recommend shedding no more than ten pounds each month," leaving fans to believe that Burruss is going about her weight loss journey in an unhealthy manner.

Burruss may be looking to shed some pounds due to the Sep. 4 start of her musical tour, "A Mother's Love."

Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker are executive producers of the show.

In addition to producing, Burruss stars in the show as the main character alongside a star-studded cast including Letoya London, Shirley Murdock, Chandra Currelly-Young, Q Parker, D.Woods, Olrick Johnson, Quentin Latham, Anthony Dalton Williams, Tony Terry, and Myra Beasley.

"I'm excited to be able to partner with the amazing team at Theatrical Works Live to take 'A Mother's Love' on the road," said Burruss in the official SYS-CON Media press release. "We worked extremely hard on our initial run of the show in Atlanta, and to be able to take it on the road and share it with people across the United States, is a feeling that is beyond words."

"A Mother's Love" tour kicks off Sept. 4 in Columbus, Georgia and closes in New York City on Dec. 14.
