The new NBA fantasy basketball season is right around the corner. If you are still undecided on who to draft in your league, here are the top three shooting guards who can make big impact in the upcoming 2014-15 NBA season based on NBA.com's draft board.

1. James Harden

James Harden is on top of the draft board for shooting guards this year and it is not surprising after the Houston Rockets star posted big numbers last season.

Harden, who will be entering his sixth season in the league, averaged 25.4 points to go along with 6.1 assists and 4.7 rebounds per game last season.

If you are set to pick third to fifth in your fantasy league, then Harden should be on top of your list. However, fantasy owners should be aware that the 25-year-old guard had 3.6 turnovers last season, which is not expected to improve as he will handle the ball more often this season with the departure of Jeremy Lin and Chandler Parsons.

While Harden could score big in numerous games in the upcoming season, there will be games where he can hurt fantasy owner's field goal percentage as well.

2. DeMar Derozan

Fantasy owners should also take a serious look at DeMar DeRozan this year after the Toronto Raptors guard averaged 22.7 points to go along with 4.3 rebounds and 4.0 assists last season.

But like Harden, DeRozan could hurt fantasy owner's field goal percentage, but the bright side is that the 25-year-old only committed 1.7 turnovers per game last season. If you are still undecided on who to draft in the second or early third round, then you should consider drafting DeRozan.

3. Gordon Hayward

Gordon Hayward is not getting a lot of attention as he was only ranked 26th in the draft big board, but the Utah Jazz is poised to have a big year in terms of fantasy contribution under new coach Quinn Snyder.

Hayward averaged 16.2 points to go along with 5.2 assists and 5.1 rebounds last season. Aside from his usual point, assist and rebound productions, the 24-year-old could contribute in steals and three-point conversions.

Best Sleeper - Lance Stephenson

Aside from the three players mentioned above, fantasy owners should keep an eye on Lance Stephenson.

The 24-year-old guard averaged 13.8 points to go along with 7.2 rebounds and 4.6 assists, while also contributing in steals, blocks, three-pointers and field goal percentage.

Stephenson could have a big year this season after moving to Charlotte Hornets where his role could expand.

It should also be noted that several point guards Stephen Curry and Kyrie Irving are eligible as shooting guards, but they were already ranked based on their main position.
