Most of the players on your fantasy football team have probably already played their games this week, but don't forget those remaining few that have a big Monday night matchup tonight -- these players could make all the difference.

The Atlanta Falcons are looking to end a three-game losing streak tonight against an inconsistent New York Jets squad that has a rookie at the helm at quarterback. As we put the finishing touches on our fantasy teams for the last game of the week, it's time to take a look at some of the playmakers heading into tonight's game -- who to start and who to sit?:

Start:

Bilal Powell: Consider Powell a sleeper pick considering that not many people know about him just yet. He has emerged at the forefront of the Jets' running game, and two weeks ago he rushed for 149 yards.

Julio Jones: This star wide receiver leads the league in receiving yards, which should be more than enough of a reason to make sure he's in your starting lineup week in and week out.

Tony Gonzalez: The veteran tight end is coming off his best performance of the year, after notching 12 catches for 149 yards and 2 touchdowns last week. Gonzalez should be considered a starting option without any hesitation.

Matt Ryan: With 8 touchdowns and only 3 interceptions so far this season, Ryan is a solid choice at quarterback for those of you who still need to select one for tonight's matchup.

Sit:

Geno Smith: It's hard to know what to expect from a rookie, especially in his first half of the season. Smith has only 4 touchdowns thus far compared to 8 picks, which shows he has plenty to learn. Who knows when he will have a big game or a bad game, so it would be smart to remain cautious with him.

Santonio Holmes: Will the drama ever end between Holmes and the New York Jets? At any rate, Holmes has been plagued by a hamstring injury that has limited him throughout the season. This week the veteran WR has officially been ruled out so be sure to keep him on your bench this week and until further notice.
