Peyton Manning knows a thing or two about the Jacksonville Jaguars since he spent years lining up against them as a divisional rival in the AFC South. However, although Manning has moved on to play for a new team in Denver, he just so happens to be on one of the hottest undefeated teams we've seen in quite some time. That does not bode well for the winless Jags.

So as the Jaguars fly to Denver for the most lopsided matchup in who knows how long, the gamblers in Vegas have taken notice. As per the Associated Press, it's official: The Broncos are the biggest favorite in the history of the NFL.

Denver is favorited by 28 points -- the biggest spread ever -- and Manning is in the midst of perhaps his best season ever. With 20 touchdowns and only 1 interception in five games, he is on pace to break all sorts of NFL records. Manning's father, Archie, however, knows that the media can easily get hyped up over expectations. He doesn't want people to forget that the Jaguars are indeed an NFL team.

"I know Jacksonville is young and starting over, but they're a pro football team," he said to The Denver Post. "The fans, and sometimes the media, play out this thing like it's going to be a slaughter, but I guarantee you nobody on the Broncos (is). Pro football just doesn't work like that. ... It's not like when Ohio State played Florida A&M. It's not even close."

The Mannings are very familiar with expectations. Little brother Eli Manning's Giants were a wild card team in the 2007 season leading up to the February, 2008 Super Bowl against the undefeated New England Patriots. Manning and the Giants defense knocked off the undefeated Pats and the young Manning brother was awarded the Super Bowl MVP award.
