There is no doubt that Lil Wayne is hard at work at the moment as he gets ready to drop his two anxiously awaited albums – "Tha Carter V" and "The Free Weezy Album."

The New Orleans emcee is currently dealing with $51 million lawsuit against Cash Money Records and its CEO Birdman for refusing to release the long delayed fifth installment of his "Tha Carter" series.

Recently on the phone with Rolling Stone, Wayne said he is no longer on speaking terms with Baby.

"I have no words," he said. "I'm super-numb to it, to tell you the truth."

The "Grindin'" rapper then joked about his previous tweet.

"I love being a prisoner in some p***y. That's what I meant," he said before admitting the legal fight has actually been stressful. "I'm human. But it's nothing that a good blunt can't cure."

Weezy also discussed the status of "Tha Carter V": "It's super-done. Cake baked, icing on top, name on top, candles lit. I would have released it yesterday if I could. But it's a dead subject right now. It's a jewel in the safe. It's that stash-house money."

However, the "Believe Me" hitmaker is already on to the next project and plans to set his "#FWA" record free in March.

"I'm working on it every day, man," he said. "I guarantee it's going to be something dope. If you don't want a musician being creative, don't get 'The Free Weezy Album.'"

And one thing is for sure, Lil Wayne will not retire anytime soon.

"I've thought about it," he said. "But for a person like me that bleeds, eats, sleeps and s**ts music, it's hard to do."

Instead, he hopes to go on tour this year and record some more music overseas.

"When I go home, I want my actual house to be a vacation," he said. "And I might give y'all three new kids from four different women. You know how I do it."
