Kendall Jenner, the new face of Calvin Klein Jeans, recently revealed her exercise regimen, as well as workout playlist.

According to Vogue, the 19-year-old model maintains her physique by doing cardio, muscle-building, planking and ab-sculpting with personal trainer Gunnar Peterson.

In order to get her heart pumping and sweat it out, Jenner listens to hip-hop music. Her favorite energizing tracks are brother-in-law Kanye West's "All Day" and "Mercy," Drake's "0 to 100 / The Catch Up," Big Sean's "I Don't F**k with You" and A$AP Ferg's "Work."

The teenager's half-sister, Khloé Kardashian, also works out with Peterson, who recently revealed to OK! Magazine that his client is dedicated to getting the perfect beach body for the summer.

"She works so hard," he said. "She comes in every single morning."

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star reportedly lost 10 pounds in just 10 days by making exercise a part of her everyday life, randomly doing "crunches and leg lifts" throughout the day while watching TV at home.

In addition to strenuous training, Kardashian shed the pounds by maintaining a very clean diet with portion control. For instance, she will "have frozen yogurt" but not as much as "everyone else."

"That way I don't binge out," she said.

The 30-year-old, who drinks "like 5 liters of water a day," often gives advice to her young siblings to do the same.

"I yell at her and Kendall to drink more water," she told People. "I know what I can teach them, but it might not be for everybody, but it's for us. I want to impart the knowledge I have and they can take it. I think my job is to pass that on if it's in diet or whatever."
