Taylor Swift insists she's fine with her "chaste" image and hints she has no intentions of battling other pop stars for the unofficial title of industry's most sexy.

"No, that's a way of people saying I'm just not generally a sexy person," Swift told Access Hollywood of all the talk about her good-girl image. "That's all that is."

The 25-year-old Swift recently sat down with guest correspondent Scott Evans while in town to promote her "Welcome to New York" Champion limited edition sneaker by Keds. During the chat, she added of her perception, "It's fine. I've accepted it. I'm a lot of things. Overtly sexy is not one of them."

Whatever she is, it all seems to working for the "Bad Blood" singer, who recently bagged eight trophies at this month's Billboard Awards.

Swift's advice to all other artists? Just be who you are, no matter what.

"I would never encourage an artist to try to and fit in to a role that seemed to be created for them by a bunch of record label guys in suits in a conference room," she told Access Hollywood.

As for being considered a role model, CNN reports Swift added, "I think for me it feels very natural to talk to teenagers and people my age ... about feelings and what they're going through and their insecurities."

Swift's new "Bad Blood" single has already climbed to No. 1 on the Billboard charts, and she was recently named to Forbes magazine's "Most Powerful Women" list, settling in at No. 64 and making her the youngest person in history to be so honored.

Swift described herself as "really happy" and told the show she felt empowered "that they were willing to put that kind of title on a young person and say, 'We believe in what you stand for.'"
