Jon Bernthal, the actor who starred as Shane Walsh in the zombie-hit drama "The Walking Dead," has listed his Venice home for $1.895 million.

Citing property records, the Los Angeles Times, reports that Bernthal and his wife, Erin Angle, paid $1,012,500 for the estate half a decade ago.

The country-style residence that includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms has a charming appeal reminiscent of a storybook home. According to the descriptions provided by the Times, features of the 1,875-square-foot English home includes hardwood flooring, a curved staircase, picturesque large yard, a breakfast area, an updated kitchen, a living room adjoined to a dining area and a fireplace.

Outside, there's also a barbecue station equipped with a comfortable sitting area for the next residents' grilling sessions during an intimate dinner party with some friends or a family weekend bonding.

Based on the photos of its listing, which can be viewed on Realtor.com, the two-story home may look traditional from the outside but it was renovated to keep up with the modern times. There are sleek appliances in the kitchen, contemporary hanging lights in the living room and a spa-like shower in the bathrooms.

The home, resting on more than 4000 square feet of land, has retained its quaint vibe from its cozy outdoor lounge displaying mainly wooden and stone details and neat storybook landscaping.

Tami Pardee of Pardee Properties is handling the property listing.
