Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery is finally moving away from his New Jersey estate.

The 33-year-old NFL player's Watchung home is now on the market for $1.75 million, according to Realtor.com. The real estate blog noted that the property served as the Alabama-born football player's home while playing with the Jets.

The wideout receiver reportedly marked his career as one of the reliable Jets players in 2006, which earned him an extension a year after, enabling him to buy the 9,000-square-foot abode in 2008 for $1.6 million.

Yet, even though the property may be modestly priced for a mansion, the expansive estate has so much to offer to a discriminating house hunter or real estate investor.

According to the listing, the property has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. Other living spaces in the house are a formal dining room, a family room, a kitchen with a breakfast area and a center island, a living room, a foyer, a den that dual as a study area, a great room, a media room.

The residence also comes with three parking spaces for vehicles but the estate can actually accommodate a dozen cars.

The house also displays several appliances like a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a self-cleaning oven, a disposal, an exhaust, a microwave oven and a useful carbon monoxide detector.

The home, which shows a brick exterior, presents notable interior details like a high ceiling, open floor plan, and flooring lined with marble, ceramic tile and wood.

Outdoors, the next owners of the home resting on 0.94 acres of New Jersey lot can hang out in the patio, enjoy the greenery and fresh air, courtesy of the surrounding trees.

In 2009, the New York Times crew visited the wide receiver's residence, who, at that time, was still playing for the Jets. The Times made an interesting observation, which read, "His house, for all the expensive furniture, highlights none of his football exploits."

Inquiries about the property may be directed to Chris Young Joo of Weichert Realtors who handles the listing.
