It's a job most girls of the millennial generation would love to have, even if it is just as an intern. But it was President Barack Obama's daughter Malia who landed the internship on one of HBO's hottest show's for today, "Girls," according to Us Weekly.

The show, which was the brainchild of breakout filmmaker and actress Lena Dunham, is now playing host to young Malia on the set of its Season 4 production of "Girls."

Malia, who shares a birthday with the nation, turned 17 last Saturday and has already been working on the set and was even spotted delivering coffee as her duties as an intern have dictated, according to a Twitter post by Page Six.

"She's a fan, and she mentioned that to Lena [Dunham] when she came to the White House," Us Weekly was told by an unnamed source close to the production. "I'm not sure how long she'll be interning for. It's a bit of a trial thing for her. They've known each other and discussed for a while. Lena and her get along great."

It appears as though young Malia has set her sights on Hollywood as a possible career, since this is not the first time she has interned with a TV production. Us Weekly also reports that she has recently worked on the production of Halle Berry's show on CBS TV "Extant."

The internships in the entertainment industry is a strong indicator that she may not be following in her father's political footsteps. But what father does not want their children to choose their own path in life?

According to another article on Us Weekly, President Obama would not give certain details about his daughter when asked by Kelly Ripa if she went to prom, responding only with, "I think this is all classified information."

But he did go on to reluctantly speak about his daughter's potential suitors, if they were ever to be presented to him.

"I'm not too intimidating, I don't think." Obama told Ripa and Michael Strahan during the interview.
