Step aside, Christian Grey. There's a new boss in town -- and he might even steal your girl!

According to reports, "Fifty Shades Darker" producers may be casting Henry Cavill ("Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice") as Jack Hyde, Anastasia Steele's (Dakota Johnson) boss.

While the rumor hasn't been offiicially confirmed, the ink may be still wet as Cavill reportedly just signed to be part of the "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel. While he's immersed in several franchises, it seems that the in-demand actor doesn't want to pass on any good opportunities that will further catapult his career.

Based on the erotic novel written by E.L. James, Cavill's character will get in the way of Anastasia and Christian Grey's (Jamie Dornan) relationship.

While Christian offered Anastasia a job at his company, Grey Enterprises, she turned down the offer and instead took a job at a small publishing company.

Things heat up at her office as Hyde instantly feels a connection towards Anastasia and then come the sexual advances towards her. When Christian gets wind of Jack coming on too strong, he threatens him to leave Anastasia alone.

Using his power and his hefty wallet, Christian buys the company and makes Anastasia take the reins. Jack promises that he will seek revenge on the couple after his dismissal. The love triangle between Anastasia, Christian and Jack will reportedly be the focus of the sequel.

"Fifty Shades Darker" is slated to be "more of a thriller than a romantic movie."

The sequel to "Fifty Shades of Grey" is expected to hit theatres on Feb. 10, 2017.
