The young, beautiful darling from "The Walking Dead" who recently made her grim exit from the show, Emily Kinney, will be joining the cast of Showtime's "Masters of Sex," according to Entertainment Weekly.

Fans of "The Walking Dead" were heartbroken to see her dramatic exit from the show. But now, she has landed a recurring role on "Masters of Sex" where she will sign up as a volunteer sex surrogate in the next phase of Master's (Michael Sheen) and Johnson's (Lizzy Caplan) provocative sexual study and research project.

Kinney will play the role of Nora, who was at one time a child of Bill and Libby's neighbor. The series has progressed several years into the future, which is now in the forefront of the sexual revolution in 1966.

Masters and Johnson's are also the grand marshals of the revolution, ushering in their findings of sexual research, which had been taboo at that time. Not since the publication of the Kama Sutra have such understandings come from people's sexuality and desires.

The young actress will also be joining new series stars Maggie Grace, Josh Charles and Tate Donovan on the show this season, which is coming to a titular climax for the network's period piece.

Deadline reports that Bill and Libby Masters will have a three-way marriage with Bill's research partner Virginia Johnson. Nora will also be involved in some of the show's most provocative scenes, which will have titular arcs throughout the season.

Nora will be in her 20s during this season and her involvement in the sex studies may also lead to a certain degree of uncomfortable situations for Bill, who had previously seen her grow up right beside him.

Fans of the show can expect to see the scandalous third season play out on Showtime starting on July 12 at 10 p.m. EDT.
