Two people have been wounded and one man was pronounced dead after a rash of shootings early Monday morning throughout Los Angeles.

Two of the three shootings are being investigated as possible gang-related violence, the Los Angeles Times reports.

One of the victims of possible gang violence is a Latino man who was shot several times in the Arlington Heights neighborhood. The shooting occurred in the 2300 block of 9th Avenue at approximately 4:15am. The man, who has not yet been identified by authorities, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crime.

Earlier in the morning at approximately 3:45am, a 27-year-old black man was shot multiple times as he rode his bike in the Vermont Knolls section of the city.

According to a spokesperson from the Los Angeles Police Department, the man, also unidentified, was wounded in a drive-by shooting while riding his bike along South Hoover Street and West Manchester Avenue.  One bullet struck the man in the back and he was immediately taken to a nearby hospital where he remains in stable condition.

The shooter fled the scene in their vehicle and according to authorities there were no descriptions available of the shooter, although this incident may also be the result of gang violence, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Lastly, at My Studio nightclub in Hollywood, a man was shot at approximately 1:00am. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he is listed in critical but stable condition. It is unclear who the shooter was, but according to police no other people in the bar were injured and no arrests have been made at this time.
