Amber Rose appears to be trying to bury her beef with the Kardashians.

People magazine reports during a recent appearance on Perez Hilton's podcast, the self-proclaimed "Bad B*tch" told the host she feels she's simply been misunderstood in being drawn into all the drama stemming from 17-year-old Kylie Jenner dating much older rap star Tyga.

"Listen, I met Kylie before, she was actually a really sweet girl," said Rose. "I was very surprised about how nice she was to me."

That's a far cry from the tone and posture Rose took back in February when she told New York radio station Power 105.1 of rumors of the teenager and the 25-year-old hip-hop star being involved.

"Kylie's a baby," Rose said at the time. "She needs to go to bed at 7 o'clock and relax. Tyga should be ashamed of himself."

That comment immediately triggered a Twitter response from Jenner's older sister Khloé Kardashian, who chastised Rose, "Please don't worry about my sister who has a career and her sh*t together at ONLY 17. Please stop talking about us in interviews mama. None of us talk about you."

The 31-year-old Rose now insists she was never attacking Kylie and was simply speaking out on behalf of her best friend Blac Chyna, who has a baby with Tyga.

"So for me to say that 'Yes, she should probably go to bed' -- maybe was in poor taste, and I understand that," Rose added. "But I feel like that should have been more of a phone call that Khloé could have had with me -- she could have called me. We run in the same circles."

Rose now prides herself on being a feminist and says all she wants to do now is put the dispute to rest.

"It's like we're grown. Let's have a conversation," she said. "I really don't want to argue with those girls. It's just -- it's just not that serious for me."
