France and Portugal will face off in an international friendly that is sure to pique everyone's interest.

On one hand you have a Real Madrid player struggling to find his goalscoring. On the other end you have a team struggling to find its form. I bet you'll be surprised at who is one which side of this description.

If you guessed that France's Karim Benzema was struggling with his scoring and Portugal was wildly inconsistent, you would actually be wrong. His Madrid teammates Cristiano Ronaldo is actually scoreless in 2015-16 and will be looking for a big performance in the friendly to get his confidence level up.

Ronaldo finished the 2014-15 season with hat tricks in three straight matches and then proceeded to replicate the trio of goals against Armenia in a crucial Euro Cup Qualifier.

However through two La Liga matches, he has 20 shots on goal (nine on target) and no goals to show for it. He has looked dangerous and has often been faced with some unbelievable goaltending, but he is bound to find the net at some point in the not so far off future.

Meanwhile France, one of the supposed favorites to lift the Euro trophy next summer at home, is struggling for form. The team has won just two of its last five games, but has also lost three in that span.

The defeats have come against Brazil and most recently Belgium and Albania. The Albania defeat was a huge shocker, but the Belgium one showed that this team has some defensive issues to sort out; the 4-3 scorelines surely made them feel comfortable about their offensive, but the four goals are simply unfathomable.

It will be interesting to see how Portugal approaches this game as it has a qualifier next Monday against Albania that is crucial to the team's success at locking up a berth.

The game starts at 2:45 p.m. and will be broadcast live on ESPN 2
