On Friday, Sept. 4, Entertainment Weekly published its Spoiler Room segment, which discloses details on the upcoming seasons of various hit shows.

When a fan asked EW what they can expect to see on "Once Upon a Time" season 5, the show's executive producer Edward Kitsis responded that a "newbie" who "has a connection to Henry" will join the cast. This newcomer will reportedly be Henry's first love.

"We're going to meet Henry's very first crush," said Kitsis.

"Once Upon a Time's" other executive producer Adam Horowitz also added, "It's fun to give Henry something new to play and deal with, and to really explore Henry as a boy who's growing up and all the joy and pain of adolescence."

Though "Once Upon a Time" executive producers did not disclose the name of Henry's crush, Moviefone suggests that Merida (Amy Manson) or Guinevere (Joana Metrass) will be Henry's "it" girl.

"Merida seems like a worthy crush target from Henry. He's a smart kid (young man!) and would probably appreciate her skills in addition to her looks," Moviefone notes.

During a separate interview with Entertainment Weekly, Kitsis also revealed that season 5 will feature the rise of the Dark Swan and how she uses love as her most powerful magical weapon to cast evil on others.

"We are going to be exploring love and what happens when you use it as a weapon and what are the things that it makes you do. In the past, we've said love is the most powerful magic of all. It makes you do many things you normally wouldn't think you would," he told EW.

"Once Upon a Time" Season 5 will premiere Sunday, Sept. 27 on ABC.
