Golden State Warriors back-up point guard Shaun Livingston has decided to rent out his California residence.

Livingston, the 29-year-old basketball player, offers his Playa del Rey home for $6,500 a month, Busted Coverage announced.

According to Zillow, the home features remarkable interiors including soaring ceilings, a two-story entry, French doors and an open floor plan. The 3,379-square-foot home also features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Other living spaces include a billiards room, family room, kitchen with a center island as well as a breakfast area.

Outdoors, there is a private backyard, swimming pool and an expansive patio.

However, the home, which is described as "ideal for the discerning client looking for privacy and tranquility" is actually a dwelling place for someone who loves the beach. The Playa del Rey estate is just two blocks away from the beach.

A wonderful and sweet journey

In his 10 years of experience in the NBA, Livingston played for nine teams including the Warriors, per ESPN stats. He started in 2004 where he played for three seasons, his longest so far. He then went on his journey going to other teams namely Miami Heat, Oklahoma City Thunder, Washington Wizards, Charlotte Hornets, Milwaukee Bucks, Cleveland Cavaliers and Brooklyn Nets.

Last season with the Golden State, the Illinois-native reportedly tallied an average of 5.9 points, 2.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 0.3 blocks and 0.6 steals per game.

Livingston, who had a bad knee injury in 2007, entered the 2015 season feeling grateful for everything he had been through, especially for last season, Cleveland.com noted.

"Now to be here as a world champion with my brothers, man, it's a loss for words. You can't put that in words. I'm just grateful. Grateful to God, grateful to Coach, my teammates, and I'm just thankful to be here. It's been such a long journey," the six-foot-seven, 192-pound NBA athlete said.

In the 2014 season, Livingston did not just appear in his first conference finals but he played a big part of it when he scored 18 points against the Houston Rockets when the team needed it the most, per SB Nation's report. Now, he also claimed his first championship as a Warrior.

"I've had two careers, really. It felt like two lives that I lived. To be here now as a world champion, it's the greatest feeling in the world. It makes the journey worth it. It's sweet," Livingston told reporters after Game 6 of the 2014 NBA Finals against the Cavaliers, as quoted in Cleveland.com.
