It all makes sense why Kim Kardashian isn't having the time of her life as she is carrying her son with Kanye West.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashian" star has yet again faced another struggle for her pregnancy as she revealed that his upcoming baby boy is in a breech position, which isn't really a good thing since she is originally scheduled for a C-section delivery.

Kardashian uploaded a blog post in her website and app on Tuesday telling about her baby's wrong position for birth and how it made her little "anxious" regarding her delivery.

"As I lay awake late at night, researching, I've learned that you actually can deliver a breech baby and I feel fortunate that my doctor Paul Crane is one of the few doctors that still does this. They just don't even teach it anymore," the mom said in relief.

Kardashian also said that she found out she is among the "lucky" few who has had breech babies during pregnancy.

"I guess 4 percent of women are faced with [breech babies] -- so, lucky me! It's been hard because I usually go to my mom or [my sister] Kourtney [Kardashian] for baby and pregnancy advice, but they both -- with nine total pregnancies! -- have never experienced one of these crazy things" Kardashian said.

Amid the entire pregnancy scare, she said that she is even trying several practices just so her baby turns into the right position, including hypnosis and acupuncture.

As if her condition isn't heavy enough to carry, the reality star was also reported to have been rushed in emergency room early today.

In a report by OK! Magazine, the 35-year-old took an emergency hospital trip after felt some major pains at around 2 a.m.

"She was rushed to the hospital in excruciating pain around two in the morning. Everything turned OK, but it was very scary," a source told the publication. "Kim's panicking. Every day she finds something else to worry about. She's driving herself and Kanye [West] crazy."

Kardashian's recent trip to the hospital reportedly made her even more anxious, considering that she has health conditions that could be fatal if her pregnancy will not be taken very well. The E! reality star is at risk of having pre-eclampsia and placenta accreta on her delivery.

It was also reported previously that North West's mom is in fear of facing hysterectomy -- a procedure wherein her uterus will be taken off her system -- just so post-partum complications will be prevented.

"This whole delivery gives me anxiety, not gonna lie," she added in her post. "I hope the baby turns and all goes well but I'm prepared for anything!"
