Hayley Erbert and Derek Hough celebrated Christmas together, overcoming recent challenges such as Erbert's emergency craniectomy earlier this month and subsequent cranioplasty surgery last week.

This season of "Dancing With the Stars" saw a lot of changes, including a new host and the introduction of the Switch Up, but one thing has remained the same about ABC's reality dancing show: Tom Bergeron. On Monday, the 18-time host shared his thoughts on the latest season.
A new cast of stars isn't the only thing different for season 18 of Dancing With the Stars. This year, the show will welcome its new host, Erin Andrews, as well as a new twist called The Switch Up.
ABC will not announce the 2014 Dancing With the Stars line-up until March 4. According to rumors, however, the show does not want this season's The Bachelor star, Juan Pablo Galavis.
