While out promoting her new films -- The Other Woman and Gambit -- actress (and Latina) Cameron Diaz continued to promote her "Body Book," as well as her "pubic hair" tour, where she promotes the benefits of, uh, intimate fur!

According to The Times of India, Cameron went on The Graham Norton Show not long ago to discuss this very personal topic. (Not sure why she's so personally vested in the situation, but hey...) She went on to discuss how she couldn't understand why women who laser off their pubic hair do so, because "it's there for a reason," and "once it's gone, it's gone forever." (Isn't that sort of the point, though?)

Of course, it's absolutely hilarious to watch the faces of Kylie Minogue and Russell Crowe as she's talking about the subject with all the intensity of the Pope giving Easter Sunday Mass.

"I would like to clear up what I said. I don't care what women do with it but we should be informed about how their bodies work," she said, while failing to realize that the vast majority of women who are old enough to get pubic hair probably have even the most basic idea of how their bodies work.

Before she was known as the spokeswoman for the pubic hair movement (!!!), Cameron Diaz rose to prominence during the 1990s with roles in the movies The Mask, My Best Friend's Wedding and There's Something About Mary. Other high-profile credits include the two Charlie's Angels films, voicing the character Princess Fiona in the Shrek series, Any Given Sunday, Knight and Day, The Holiday, The Green Hornet and Bad Teacher.
