Anyone planning to go see "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" on its opening weekend might also catch a new trailer for Naughty Dog's latest title, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End.

Sony announced Friday that a newly released video for the upcoming action game will run at "select" U.S. theaters ahead of Star Wars this weekend.

It is unknown what the trailer will showcase, but the teaser pic already gives fans a glimpse at something never before seen. In the images, titular hero Nathan Drake is wielding a pistol and diving for some sort of mysterious coin, as a temple crumbles apart in the background.

It is unconfirmed if this image is a still from the trailer or not.

Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is the fourth home console entry in Naughty Dog's flagship action-adventure series. The games feature charismatic explorer and treasure hunter Nathan Drake as he combs the globe for priceless artifacts that will undoubtedly get him and his old buddy Sully tied up in some deadly fight against a nefarious organization.

The games' mix of third-person shooting and platforming elements, set in a cinematic, Indiana Jones inspired world, was a massive success. The first three titles are considered among the best of what the PlayStation 3 has to offer.

While Uncharted 4 is not set to launch until next year, owners of The Nathan Drake Collection for PlayStation 4 were recently granted access to the new game's multiplayer beta.

Naughty Dog brought a slew of fresh and unique features to Uncharted 4's multiplayer, including magic-based power-ups called "Mysticals" and summonable allies known as "Sidekicks."

The beta ended on Dec. 13, but fans can whet their appetite for the official release with the trailer below.

Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is set for release on March 18, 2016, exclusively for PS4.
