Production company Endemol Shine North America is conquering Latin America, a step towards their aim to put up a global network of production. According to Variety, Endemol Shine has assigned its CEOs Charlie Corwin and Cris Abrego to look after their Latin America maneuver as part of their Hispanic push.

By extending their business to the Latin Americas region, the company hopes to be able to bring a mix of programs, talents and shows that will easily connect the region to its U.S. counterpart. As the business thrives, Endemol Shine expects their marketing results to primarily land in their Latino office based in Miami.

In his statement, Abrego said, "Charlie and I feel like we're building something very special here in North America. The integration process is behind us, the team is in place and we have a lot of momentum across many of our divisions."

Endemol Shine Group is a product of 21st Century Fox's Shine Group and Apollo Global Management's Endemol and Core Media Group. The merger of the two media players has instantly created a new global brand that mainly hubs its work on the production business.

Endemol Shine's Sophie Turner Laing said that Abrego and Corwin's effort to bring Latin America to its production line has significantly brought a new level of success in their U.S. Hispanic and Mexico targets. Corwin said that the timing couldn't be better, now that a high level of market border on international TV is slowly declining.

With networks Fox and CBS highlighting the company's works, they worked on series like "Big Brother" and "MasterChef" as well as "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." Subsidiaries of the Endemol Shine North America include True Entertainment, 51 Minds, Original Media and Authentic Entertainment.

The Ryan Seacrest Production also joined Endemol Shine earlier this year for its unscripted subsidiary production.

Under Corwin and Abrego's supervision, Endemol was able to launch Spanish-language shows like that of Telemundo's adaptation of "Big Brother" entitled "Gran Hermano." "MasterChef" later came to light in Mexico and finally, "El Vato," which will be Endemol's first scripted series under NBCUniverso.

According to Broadcasting & Cable, under the two executive came the combination of Endemol USA and Shine America, where its primary work covered the creation on new unscripted and scripted shows including its Latino versions. A total of 1,000 hours sums up what the company has already worked on since last year and with over 30 networks on their cap.
