1. New version of Microsoft Surface

Microsoft had released its Surface Pro 4 last fall. And later this year, the technology giant will probably release a new version of its laptop/tablet hybrid later this year, Business Insider noted. The company is also expected to update its high-end laptop called Surface Book, which was also launched last fall.

2. Samsung Galaxy S7

The latest version of Samsung's flagship Galaxy phone is expected to be unveiled in February. Based on a Wall Street Journal article in December, Samsung's new smartphone will feature a pressure-sensitive screen, which is comparable to the 3D Touch feature on the new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus.

3. Apple's Wireless Earbuds

Since the new iPhone won't have a traditional 3.5mm headphone jack, Apple is reportedly developing wireless earbuds, which will be released with the next iPhone, 9To5Mac noted.

4. Sony's Playstation VR Headset

The Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation will be launching its own PlayStation VR headset, which will work with the PS4. Augmented Reality has already been launched through simulated experiment and education app. But thanks to Google, the company is taking it higher with Google Glass, a device that will allow you to view social media feeds, text, Google Maps, as well as navigate with GPS and take photos. Unfortunately, the device is only available to some developers for $1500. But Hongkiat revealed that other tech companies are trying out and creating an affordable version for consumers.
